FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: structure (4) of centrifugal separator is configured for cleaning crankcase gases from internal combustion engine. Structure (4) of centrifugal separator comprises stationary housing (8) and rotor (10) of separator. Rotor (10) of the separator is configured to rotate about central axis (22) located inside fixed housing (8). Fixed housing (8) comprises inlet (12) for crankcase gases, outlet (14) for gas and outlet (16) for liquid. Rotor (10) of separator comprises stack (18) of separator discs (20). Each separator disk (20) has truncated conical shape. Rotor (10) of separator comprises axial element (9) configured for connection with shaft of drive device. Pile (18) of separator disks (20) is supported on axial element (9). Axial element (9) is not supported inside fixed housing (8) when structure (4) of centrifugal separator is separated from drive device. Disclosed is a unit comprising a centrifugal separator structure and a drive.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase of space in engine compartment due to reduced volume occupied by centrifugal separator for cleaning of crankcase gases.
