FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for installation of blocking element, which comprises an elongated handle having at one end a head with a foot-retaining element mounted thereon, characterized in that it comprises a mat, connected by means of a layer of an adhesive composition to a foot-locking element in the shoe, wherein simultaneously on surface of mat and device for installation in shoes blocking foot element is made circuit of maximum accurate positioning of foot, namely: image of support surface of foot with fingers relative to locking element, as well as marking in form of dotted lines, where 2, 3, 4 fingers should be placed within the boundaries of these lines, in addition, device for installation in shoes blocking foot element comprises an elongated handle and head, which enables to retain the stack blocking from displacement, it is made of sheet polymer elastically deformable material, and head has convex-bent part at least on lateral side, arc-shaped cutout made with possibility of protrusion of foot blocking element passing through it, and a valve on the head end, preventing accidental incorrect fixation of the foot blocking element inside the shoe, on the reverse side the head has an adhesive layer providing the possibility of fixing the foot blocking element, and blocking foot in shoes from displacement element comprises flattened base and ledge, upper part of element is made of leather cattle with thickness of 0.6–1.3 mm, upper part of element has recess, in which roller is arranged from porous silicone rubber with diameter of 7–9 mm, and the protrusion is arc-shaped, providing the possibility of fixing the foot under bases 2, 3, 4 of fingers in the place of connection of the bases of fingers and foot pad, besides, the base is made layered, formed from the flattened edges of the upper element surrounding the projection, from the reinforcing mesh layer and the layer of adhesive material.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the possibility of accurate positioning for correct installation of blocking foot from displacement element in shoes.
