SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chromatography and can be used for quantitative determination of separate components of multicomponent mixtures of unknown composition in various branches of national economy. Chromatographic method of identifying and measuring mass concentration of components of a mixture of unknown composition by retention times involves simultaneous introduction of a sample from one dosing device into at least two channels, having chromatographic columns of different polarity, with preliminary calibration of a chromatograph on each channel, identification is carried out to the unambiguous presence of each identified substance in all channels in equal amounts.

EFFECT: technical result is simplification of procedure for identification of substances and high reliability of analysis of unknown mixture of substances when performing serial chromatographic analysis.
