FIELD: valve industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve industry, in particular, to control valves of axial flow used in industrial pipeline valves, and is intended for control and shutoff of working media of liquids and gases. Two-stage control valve comprises external and internal housings, inlet and outlet branch pipes with flanges, flow divider, locking device of cylindrical shape, translational drive in the form of a rack mechanism, the inner surface of the locking device interacts with the outer surface of the flow divider, on which longitudinal grooves are made, longitudinal axes of which are parallel to longitudinal axis of valve, and width and depth increase to outlet nozzle. Flow divider is made in form of stepped cylinder, wherein the section of smaller diameter is located on the side of the outlet branch pipe, and the longitudinal grooves are made on both sections of the flow divider and have a triangular shape in the cross section, the locking device is a bushing attached to the inner surface of the outer housing, and in the outlet branch pipe there is an expansion bushing, on the inner surface of which there are staggered conical cavities.
EFFECT: proposed two-stage control valve has a relatively simple design, reduces cavitation effects and provides relatively low hydraulic resistance in the open position.
