Technical result is achieved by decoding encoded image data in order to generate quantum data of transformation coefficients and performing inverse quantisation using a circuit of an image processing device, quantized transform coefficient data for image data using a size quantisation matrix 32 × 32, wherein quantisation matrix of size 32 × 32 is established by implementing the nearest neighbouring process, including duplication of at least one of two elements adjacent to each other in a quantisation matrix of size 8 × 8.

EFFECT: technical result is higher accuracy of encoding an image.
