FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nuclear power engineering, particularly to production of monophase powders of actinide salts, which are precursors when producing nuclear fuel pellets. Method of producing monophase powders of actinide salts involves continuous dosing of nitric acid actinide-containing solution and formic acid into the upper zone of a cylindrical heated reactor. Reagents are mixed in a thin film on a heat exchange surface, where the reaction mixture is continuously mixed with rotor blades. Device for producing monophase powders of actinide salts includes a vertical rotor-film reactor equipped with a heater, nozzles for feeding reagents and for removing the vapor-gas phase. Inside the reactor there is a rotor made with possibility of rotation, with blades fixed along its entire length. Reagent feed pipe is composed of a T-piece while the receiving hopper can be connected to the vessel body and equipped with a heater.

EFFECT: invention allows obtaining, at compactness and simplicity, dry monophase powders of actinide salt in one stage, at the same time providing higher efficiency, chemical and nuclear safety of the process.
