SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and can be used for thread tension and fixation in endosurgical treatment of hernia and diastasis of rectus abdominis muscles. When performing endoscopic total extraperitoneal plastic surgery, the edges of the aponeurosis in the diastasis or edge of the hernia defect are sutured with two continuous sutures from the cranial and caudal corners of the diastasis or hernia defect in the opposite direction without tension until the threads are connected. In point of projection of points of threads connection skin is incised 2–3 mm long. Ends of the threads are brought out through the formed wound with the help of a needle for closing the opening of the "EndoClose" openings through separate punctures of the musculo-aponeurotic layer at distance of 5–10 mm from each other. Under endoscopic visual control, the sutures are stretched to adequately compare the ends of the hernial defect or diastasis, and at least five knots are tied.

EFFECT: method provides adequate reduction of the edges of the aponeurosis or hernia defect.
