FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to nuclear medicine and can be used for preparing a radiopharmaceutical containing gallium-68 for detecting neovascularisation. Disclosed is a lyophilizate containing NODAGA-RGD2 peptide and sodium acetate. For the preparation of the lyophilizate, solution containing 0.002 g of NODAGA-RGD2 peptide and 1.64 g of sodium acetate in 100 ml of water for injection is used, wherein lyophilisation solution is packed in 1 ml into bottles, and when Ga-68 solution is added in form of 2 ml of generator 68Ge/68Ga eluate in 0.1 M HCl to one flask of lyophilizate, radiopharmaceutical is obtained with high radiochemical purity in the form of isotonic solution.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a radiopharmaceutical drug of high radiochemical purity in the form of an isotonic solution with acidity, which enables intravenous administration to the patient.
