FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and power engineering and can be used in electric networks for flexible regulation and stabilization of electric mains voltage. In the voltage control method at the output of the transformer, powered from the AC voltage network, using the double-winding transformer, which primary winding is connected in series with the network, and secondary winding is partitioned and its outputs is connected to input terminals of controlled switch, at output terminals of which generate output voltage of transformer, setting the required value of voltage at the output of the transformer, by means of the controlled switch, changing the number of series-connected sections of the secondary sectioned winding of the transformer, connected to output clamps of the controlled switch; in accordance with a given voltage value at the transformer output, generating a control signal supplied to the controlled switch, and output clamps of the controlled switch are connected in series with the primary winding of the transformer; voltage at transformer output is formed by implementation of various combinations of sections of secondary sectioned transformer winding involved in generation of output voltage of transformer, which are determined by specified value of output voltage of transformer; sections of secondary sectional winding of transformer are made with different number of turns, potentially not connected to each other and primary winding of transformer.
EFFECT: expanded range of voltage control at transformer output.
