FIELD: railway automatics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway automation, telemechanics and communication for control of movement of trains on the haul based on axle counters. Point comprises a transceiving unit of a low-power short-range digital radio channel, a microcontroller, an coupling interface, an autonomous power supply voltage stabilizer, a diode rectifier, an amplitude limiter and a filter, output voltage monitoring module, rail transport units movable units passage sensor, made in form of magnetically controlled sensor, permanent magnet of which is fixed on movable rack, interacting through ratchet wheel with mechanism of mechanical energy converter into electrical, wherein the rack is connected to the telescopic arm of the double-arm lever, the second arm of which is attached to the rail in the middle of the section located between two adjacent sleepers, wherein the lever is installed with possibility of rotation on the support axis fixed in the railway bed soil.
EFFECT: enabling expansion of the device application area.
