SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and designing. Method of connecting a second object to a first object, comprising steps of: taking a first object, the first article comprising a thermoplastic softened material in a solid state; second object is taken, the second object having a surface portion comprising a connecting element with a recess and/or configured to deform so as to form a connection element with a recess therethrough, whereby the second object is able to engage with the geometrical closure with the first object; pressing the second object to the first object by means of a tool in physical contact with the penetrating element of the second object, while inserting mechanical vibrations into the tool; continuing the stage of pressing and inserting vibrations into the tool until softening of the fluid portion of the thermoplastic material of the first object and it does not stuck in the connecting element of the second object; allowing thermoplastic material of first object to come back into solid state to produce compound with geometrical closure between first and second objects by means of softened and again cured fluid part penetrated into connecting element, characterized in that connecting element comprises hole opened from distal side, defining a cutout relative to axial directions, wherein flow of fluid part comprises reverse flow to said hole, which defines cut.

EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability of connections.
