FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of making structural element. Technical result is achieved by a method of making a structural element, which includes movement of a plurality of fibres along a conveyor line, applying binder to spaced apart fibres passing through the first area, applying a binding agent on at least one fibre and binder. Use of a convergent forming part comprising: a first portion having a first larger diameter for receiving fibres, and a second portion having a second smaller diameter located downstream of the first portion. Process of fibres direction along forming part and reduction of distance between multiple fibres by means of forming part. After reduction of distance between multiple fibres, fibres are passed through second area, which is smaller than first area, and multiple fibres are molded by means of forming station. By means of engaging agent friction is increased at least between one fibre and either adjacent fibre or forming part during molding.
EFFECT: technical result is higher speed and efficiency of production process of structural element.
