FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to in-line method of manufacturing spring plate profile for rack grid. Flow method for manufacturing of spring plate profile for rack grid, in which spring plate profile contains at least one central rod from fiber reinforced plastic and at least one thermoplastic surrounding layer, which surrounds central core, includes following stages: combining a plurality of fibers, threads and/or elementary fibers into a fiber bundle; impregnation of a fiber bundle with a thermally activated reactive polymer, forming an outer outline of a fiber bundle impregnated with a reactive polymer; reactive polymer thermal activation to form a hardening central rod; inserting the central rod into extruder head (110); applying thermoplastic melt in extruder head (110) to form an outer layer on a spring plan profile; cooling and calibrating spring plate profile in cooling and calibration device (111, 112, 113); in winding machine (105), the outer outline of the fiber bundle is wound on at least one fiber or elementary fiber fed from the side to the fiber bundle in at least one layer and with one orientation, wherein on heating section (106), prior to introduction of central rod into extruder head (110), at least partially hardening of reactive polymer in wound outer layer of fiber bundle is caused and wherein the time of passage of the central core between the beginning of thermal activation and the end of cooling and calibration is shorter than the reaction time required for solidification along the entire cross-section of the central rod.
EFFECT: invention improves the on-line method of manufacturing a spring-loaded profile to form a rack grid to achieve a substantially higher rate of passage in a flow-through method and to provide more efficient manufacturing.
