FIELD: beverage preparation devices.
SUBSTANCE: in the case of the method and a corresponding scalding bar for preparation of a hot beverage, in particular a coffee beverage, wherein scavenge chamber (12) is loaded with a quantity of aromatic carrier, in particular ground coffee, and at the end of scalding through scalding chamber (12), preset total amount of scalding water is passed under pressure, taste qualities of freshly prepared coffee beverage are increased, at least, increasing consistency in taste terms of alternatively prepared coffee beverages due to that during the scalding process continuous or at least, multiple determination of value for volume flow of scalding water in front of scooping chamber (12) or behind it and/or amount of scalding water already passed or still subject to passage and depending on determined value control is performed located in direction of flow preferably behind scorching chamber by controlled counter pressure valve (9). At that, counter pressure valve (8) is made in the form of a needle valve actuated by electric motor, which is then unlocked or locked by means of control system (10) by means of control of corresponding drive electric motor (20).
EFFECT: disclosed is a scalder for preparation of a hot beverage.
