Summary of invention consists in the fact that ultrasonic flaw detection device (100) comprises an ultrasonic lattice probe (10) having ultrasonic elements (11); calculator (33) of estimated time of arrival of reflected-wave form for calculation of estimated time of arrival of reflected-wave form for calculated reflected-wave form based on design speed of sound in test object (1); extractor (34) of the actual arrival time of the reflected-waveforms to obtain the actual arrival time of the reflected-wave form based on the actual reflected-waveform; calculator (35) of difference of arrival times of reflected-wave form for calculation of difference by subtraction of actual arrival time of reflected-wave form from estimated time of arrival of reflected-wave form as difference of arrival times of reflected-wave form and delay time computer (32) for calculating delay times for mutual shift of ultrasonic wave transmission times and ultrasonic waves reception by ultrasonic elements (11) taking into account differences of arrival times of reflected-wave form.
