SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery. Performing operative laparoscopic liver intervention in the patient's position on the left side at angle of 90° to the surface of the operating table with sinistropositio and 110° with dextropositio position of liver, as well as raised head end of operating table by 20° in anteflexio and 30° in retroflexio liver.
EFFECT: method enables the necessary visualization and accessibility for free manipulations of laparoscopic instruments in the VII and VIII segment of hepatic segments and, as a result, higher effectiveness and safety of surgical intervention with reduced probability of intra- and postoperative complications.
