FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship hull laser cleaning device. Device comprises a container with a hole for laser radiation output and a laser. Container is sealed with focusing and scanning system, outlet of which is made as slit-like confuser. Container is installed on remote unmanned underwater vehicle. Focusing and scanning system is interconnected by means of optical fiber with a laser installed onboard the ship. Cavity of the confuser is communicated via a flexible hose with a compressed air source mounted onboard the ship. Scanning system is configured to generate laser radiation along the length of the slit-like confuser.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of operation under water with simplification of the device positioning above the cleaned surface.
