SUBSTANCE: use for spatial separation of microwave signals of different power level. Essence of the invention consists in that the device on magnetostatic waves includes a micro-waveguiding structure containing a layer of iron-yttrium garnet (YIG) on a substrate of gallium-gadolinium garnet, microstrip antennas for excitation and reception of magnetostatic waves (MSW), connected to input and output ports of microwave signal, external source of magnetic field, wherein the micro-waveguiding structure is made in form of the first and second YIG layers arranged in parallel planes, wherein the first layer length in the MSW propagation direction is greater than the second layer length, and the layers themselves are separated from each other by the non-magnetic dielectric layer; on adjacent surfaces of layers YIG there is periodic system of grooves with depth much less than thickness of layer YIG, and length l2 of the second layer is selected from the condition l2=n×F, mcm, where F is the distance at which the microwave signal from the first YIG layer is completely pumped to the second YIG layer, mcm; n=1, 3, 5 …, wherein the excitation antenna MSW associated with the input port, and one of the three antennas for receiving the MSW associated with the first output port, are arranged on the first layer YIG, and two other antennae connected to second and third output ports are arranged on second layer YIG, wherein to excite surface MSW magnetic field of external source is directed tangentially to structure plane, and for excitation of direct volumetric MSW – perpendicular to it.
EFFECT: spatial separation of microwave signals of different power level into three outputs, with functions for signal extraction in a certain power range, power limitation and noise reduction.
