SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Disclosed is a method for intraoperative fluorescent lymphography for determining localization of lymphatic vessels and lymphatic drainage sites following surgical removal of a malignant growth, characterized by the fact that after surgical removal of a malignant growth, a subcutaneous introduction of the patient's fatty tissue into the fatty tissue of the surgical intervention lymphotropic in the course of the natural lymph of 1 % sodium fluorescein solution C₂₀H₁₀Na₂O₅ in amount of 1.5–3.0 ml, then, 5–10 minutes after subcutaneous administration of fluorescein sodium C₂₀H₁₀Na₂O₅ and taking into account slow lymph current, with ambient lighting of the operating room, illumination of the operating field with a blue light source at wavelength of 480 nm and the nature of the bright yellow color produced under the effect of a blue color, performing topical diagnosis directly in the wound of the transited lymphatic vessels of different size and lymphatic drainage sites, performing their surgical lymphostasis by dressing, suturing and/or thermal coagulation of the transected vessels directly in the wound to reduce the volume and duration of postoperative lymphorrhea. Flurenatum introduced into the fatty tissue of the patient is sodium fluorescein C₂₀H₁₀Na₂O₅, neutralized with sodium hydroxide.

EFFECT: presented is a method for intraoperative fluorescent lymphography for determining localization lymphatic vessels and lymphatic drainage sites following surgical removal of a malignant growth.
