SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for intraoperative photodynamic prevention of postoperative lymphorrhoea. For this purpose 45–55 minutes before surgical removal of malignant growth with lymphadenectomy patient is intravenously dropped intravenously drop-by-drop solution of hydroxyaluminium trisulfophthalocyanine in dosage 1.0 mg/kg of body weight for 25–30 minutes. Before administration, the hydroxyaluminium trisulfophthalocyanine solution containing 2 mg/ml is diluted with 0.9 % sodium chloride solution in ratio 1:4. Immediately after surgical removal of the malignant growth with lymphadenectomy and thorough haemostasis, the whole surface of the surgical site is irradiated once for 30–35 seconds with a light dose of 20–40 J/cm² with wavelength of 675 nm at power density of 333 mW/cm²_. Wound is closed to drains.

EFFECT: method provides preventing the occurrence of gray and postoperative ample and prolonged lymphorrhoea with large volumes of removed tissues, significant reduction of postoperative lymphorrhoea, especially in soft tissue surgeries, as well as reducing length of inpatient treatment, higher quality of life of patients.
