FIELD: textile.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of jersey, bedding, household goods, automotive products, furniture, pipes, profiles and clothes. Composite material contains graphene, amorphous carbon and 0.5–6 wt. % of element, which is not carbon or oxygen - Fe, Si and Al. Total content of graphene and amorphous carbon in composite material is 80 wt. % or more. Sources of carbon are selected from biomass, for example, from softwood or hardwood, corn stalks or cobs, sorghum stalks, beet roots, cake, furfural wastes, xylose residues, wood chips, cotton, husks and straw stems. First, the biomass is subjected to catalytic treatment to obtain a precursor substance. Then precursor substance is held at 140–180 °C for 1.5–2.5 hours under protective gas conditions to obtain first intermediate compound, which is heated to 350–450 °C in protective gas conditions and held at this temperature for 3–4 hours. Obtained second intermediate compound is heated to 1100–1300 °C under conditions of protective gas and held at this temperature for 2–4 hours to obtain a third intermediate compound, which is successively washed with alkali, acid and water to obtain said composite material. In another embodiment, precursor substance is obtained by drying catalytically treated biomass. After that precursor substance is held at 280–350 °C for 1.5–2.5 hours in a protective medium, then heated at rate of 15–20 °C/min by programming temperature to 950–1200 °C is held at this temperature for 3–4 hours. Obtained crude product is washed. Composite material produced according to specified embodiments is mixed with one or several materials from group consisting of composite materials based on rubber, plastic, fibre, adhesives and polymers.

EFFECT: obtained composite material provides radiation in the far infrared spectrum, as well as antibacterial and bactericidal properties without further modification and activation.
