FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing conjugates based on carbon nanostructures, characterized by a high content of oxygen-containing groups and which are graphene oxide, or carbon nanotubes, or nanodiamonds, or fullerene adducts containing carboxyl and/or hydroxyl and/or amino groups. Method involves dispersing carbon nanostructures in a solvent, which is water, or dimethyl sulfoxide, or water-dimethyl sulfoxide, then the obtained dispersion is treated with ultrasound for 15 minutes. Cross-linking agents 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide and N-hydroxysuccinimide or 1,3-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and 4-dimethylaminopyridine are added to the obtained dispersion, the obtained mixture is stirred for 90 minutes and a vector solution for targeted delivery is added. Obtained mixture is then stirred for 48 hours and centrifuged, after which the obtained conjugate is washed with ethanol, followed by drying, then it is dispersed in a phosphate-salt buffer. Cytotastic agent is added, and the obtained mixture is stirred for 72 hours, after which it is purified by dialysis against distilled water, followed by drying at temperature of 45 °C and pressure of 0.8 bar for 24 hours.
EFFECT: obtaining conjugates based on carbon nanostructures, having high capacity with respect to cytotoxic agents when loaded through non-valence interactions.
