COMPOSITE ACCUMULATOR CELL Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC H01M10/44 H02J7/00

Abstract RU 2703276 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, specifically to composite storage cell, which comprises a plurality of power cells connected to each other in series/in parallel to form groups of batteries. Groups of batteries are connected to each other in parallel/in series and packed to form a storage cell with high capacitance and high voltage. Each battery is an independent module, and the electrolyte system does not circulate between them. Between the adjacent power elements only charges are circulating, but not electrochemical reactions. Therefore, decomposition of electrolyte does not occur due to high voltage caused by series connection. Both the serial and parallel connection are made inside the accumulator cell housing to achieve high capacitance and high voltage.

EFFECT: higher reliability and safety of accumulator cell at high capacity for formation of accumulator system.
