SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical equipment. Device comprises first and second layers of insulation, two structured conducting layers and multiple groups of elements of electrochemical system. Two structured conductive layers are arranged on the first and second insulation layers, respectively. Multiple groups of elements are located between the first and second layers of insulation and are connected in series and/or parallel through structured conducting layers. Group of elements is formed by serial connection of one or more elements. Each element includes a packing layer on the side wall, so that their electrolyte systems do not circulate. Each group of elements has no electrochemical reaction with adjacent elements, except charge transfer.

EFFECT: higher reliability and safety of the entire power supply composite structure.
