FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an integrated system and method for three-axis scanning in situ and detection of defects in composite CFRP material (150), loaded in static and cyclic test conditions. System comprises test system (10) integrated with scanning system (20), which comprises probe assembly (52) to generate eddy currents on surface of composite CFRP material (150) mounted on test system, and a three-dimensional scanner unit (60) for moving probe assembly (50) over the entire surface area of the composite CFRP material (150) along the X axis, the Y axis and the Z axis. Operator console (70) is connected to the test system and scanning system (20) to control (3) the mechanical testing process in the testing system and to control the three-dimensional displacement of probe assembly (52) along the X axis, the Y axis and the Z axis in a synchronous manner.

EFFECT: possibility of three-dimensional automated and synchronized three-dimensional scanning of composite CFRP-material (150) in order to accurately detect defects in composite CFRP-material (150) before / during / after mechanical testing without interruption of mechanical testing process.
