SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite powder for combination by means of diffusion brazing of components from superalloys. Composite powder for combination by means of diffusion brazing of components from superalloys, made by mixing 65-70 wt % of nickel-based alloy Astroloy powder, containing wt %: 16.9 of cobalt, 14.8 chrome, 3.87 aluminium, 3.45 titanium, 5.1 molybdenum, 0.015 carbon, nickel - the remaining part, and 30-35 wt % of nickel-based alloy NiCrB1055 powder, containing wt %: 15 chrome, 4 boron, nickel - the remaining part.
EFFECT: powder is characterised by low porosity, which provides its better melting, solderability, brazed seam has high mechanical properties.
