FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to assessment of allergen distribution level. Disclosed is a method of forming and measuring levels of allergens in the environment, comprising: arrangement in a chamber of a first allergen source containing an allergen, distribution within the chamber of at least part of the allergen from a first allergen source and collecting at least part of distributed allergen, in which during location of allergen source, distribution of allergen and collection of allergen camera is in first configuration, wherein said method comprises chamber layout into second configuration smaller than that in first configuration. Also disclosed is an apparatus for forming and measuring levels of allergens in the environment, comprising: an air recirculator, an allergen-containing allergen-containing source and a body configured to selectively package into a first configuration wherein a human seat is provided and an air recirculator and an allergen source are placed, and a second configuration smaller than the first configuration. Also disclosed is a method for quantitative determination of a filler for cat lavatories or ration, which provides less release of allergen into the environment, including: performing a first check, comprising placing a first allergen source containing a first amount of an allergen, in first chamber, distribution of at least part of first amount of allergen inside first chamber and collection of at least part of distributed allergen as first sample, measurement of amount of allergen in first sample, performance of second check, including arrangement of second allergen source containing second amount of allergen, in the second chamber, distributing at least a portion of the second amount of the allergen inside the second chamber and collecting at least a portion of the distributed allergen as a second sample, measuring the amount of the allergen in the second sample and comparing the amount of the allergen in the first sample with the amount of the allergen in the second sample to determine, where less allergens: in the first sample or in the second sample, wherein the first allergen source is the first cat litter or first cat feces, fed according to the first diet, and the second allergen source is a second filler for cat litter or second cat feces, fed on a second diet.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides more effective assessment of the level of propagation of the allergen.
