FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to a heart-supporting device for promoting circulation and a system containing it. Device comprises internal element (6) for location inside heart cavity (13) and has a body of dynamic volume. Inner element (6) has wall reinforcing part (8) made with possibility of engagement with inner surface (12a) of heart wall (10) during operation, and dynamic element (9), which is periodically inflatable to facilitate pumping action of heart (10). Wall reinforcement part (8) is expandable. System comprises heart-supporting device (1). System includes a delivery device configured to deliver heart-supporting device (1) in a folded state. Device has a central canal attached to a heart wall surface at a distal end, as well as a first and a second canal attached to the central canal at the proximal end.
EFFECT: technical result is providing an improved heart-supporting device which can be implanted through a non-invasive procedure, as well as minimally invasive surgical intervention and which is suitable for treating cardiogenic shock and/or chronic cardiac failure due to a weakened heart wall, for example as a result of ischemia or postischemic injury.
