FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to formation of welded joint by impact action in additive technological process, in particular, at repair of turbine component. Wire (12) used in process has core (14) from metal powder filler located in shell (16) with electroconductive properties. Wire (12) is inserted into tube (18) made with hole (20) oriented across tube axis (22). At least one electromagnetic pulse is fed through hole (20) with possibility of its interaction with shell (16) for cutting off at least one segment (40) of wire (12). Electromagnetic pulse provides movement of segment (40) to substrate (34) at a rate sufficient for its welding to substrate (34) by impact action. According to another version of method, at least one laser energy pulse is supplied through hole (20) with creation of gas pressure ensuring movement of said segment (40) to substrate (34).
EFFECT: method provides an additive process which avoids high heat input.
