FIELD: astronautics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to space engineering, particularly, to braking of satellites. Modular spacecraft is made in the form of pack of in-series installed one-dimensional cubic modules with service and target equipment. Spacecraft is equipped with aerodynamic braking module located on the side of one of modular package ends. Module includes a power frame with a sealed container installed in it, containing a gas-tight inflatable casing arranged in a folded form and filled with residual atmospheric gas connected to the container by means of a flexible halyard. Casing expansion at its withdrawal from container into outer space is provided by action of residual atmospheric gas.
EFFECT: enabling the design simplification.
