FIELD: image forming devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic television and computer observation of a color image. Primary color video signal sensor for panoramic television-computer surveillance comprises a "circular" photodetector made on a CMOS-based chip whose target is projected a panoramic optical image in one of three primary colors (R, G, B), wherein the "circular" photodetector has the shape of a circular ring and has a "circular" target on the crystal, made in the form of lines of light-sensitive pixels, wherein the sensor target consists of photodiode active pixels, each having an amplifier with an amplification factor Km. Video signal sensor also has a built-in analogue-to-digital converter (ADC), which provides transmission of the video signal of the active pixel to its "radial" video bus, at that, on the common crystal of the photodetector there are also units performing scanning and formation of output voltage of the digital video signal, namely: "circular" frame scanning register, "circular" video signal switcher, "circular" horizontal line multiplexer.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of integration of the primary color video signal sensor.
