FIELD: television technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to television engineering and is intended for use in television cameras based on a single-chip "ring" television sensor based on technology of complementary "metal-oxide-semiconductor" (CMOS) structures. Target of sensor is in form of circular ring, and columns of target and parallel video buses of these columns are located along radial directions from imaginary centre of circular ring to its external periphery, wherein on the sensor target each row of pixels and the corresponding line control bus, as well as the video line bus become "circular", the video column buses become "radial", and the light-sensitive area of pixels of each active column of the target is different from the row to the row, increasing as it moves towards the outer periphery of the sensor.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of utilization coefficient for total area of chip of device.
