FIELD: panoramic computer surveillance.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic computer surveillance, which is performed by a color television camera of round-the-world view in a region close to a hemisphere, i.e. in spatial angle of 360 degrees in azimuth and tens of degrees on elevation angle, using a single "circular" photodetector of complementary "metal-oxide-semiconductor" (CMOS) technology. Result is achieved by making a "circular" CMOS sensor and placing on its chip of the electronic "framing" of the photodetector.
EFFECT: high degree of integration of a television camera.
