FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to catalysis and oil refining to versions of a method of preparing alumina metal-containing catalysts for processing hydrocarbon raw material based on aluminum oxide. Aluminum oxide-containing catalyst for processing hydrocarbon material is prepared from powder or paste of aluminum hydroxide, optionally in a mixture with a modifying additive, by adding a solution of a mineral and / or organic acid as a peptizing agent, molding the obtained mixture, optionally with neutralization of the molded granules with an ammonia solution, drying and calcining the molded granules at temperature of 500–650 °C, impregnation of cooled calcined carrier granules with a solution containing at least one compound of a metal and possibly chlorine, optionally in a solution of a mineral and / or organic acid, followed by drying and calcining the molded catalyst granules at temperature of 450–600 °C the catalyst prepared for the catalyst based on gamma-aluminum oxide can additionally contain 0.05–10.0 wt% of at least one of the following elements: tin, zirconium, titanium, lead, lanthanum, up to 1.5 % chlorine and 5–75 wt% of zeolite or ferroalumosilicate with structure ZSM-5 (MFI) or ZSM-11 (MEL). At that, in order to increase water-resistance of freshly prepared carrier granules or previously prepared by known methods of carrier granules before their impregnation with active components, the impregnated granules are held for 10–80 hours in a humid air atmosphere at atmospheric pressure and temperature of 15–35 °C.
EFFECT: implementation of the method reduces losses of both the carrier and active components which occur at the stage of preparation of the catalyst as a result of cracking of the molded granules of the carrier.
