FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely organ transplantation, and can be used to determine arterial blood supply of an organ following orthotopic liver transplantation. Method for invasive determination of transplant perfusion involves using a donor liver as a transplant and performing transartial subtraction angiography using an arterial catheter inserted into the celiac. It is followed by arteriohepatography using a syringe injector through which a contrast preparation is injected into an artery of a donor's liver at rate of 3–5 ml per second and volume of 30–40 ml, followed by measuring the rate of arterial perfusion of liver segments by selecting a reference region and at least three control blood flow measurement areas. Reference area is selected in the projection of the celiac shaft with setting the value equal to the cross-sectional area of the vessel, and the blood flow measurement control areas are selected in the donor organ projection with the same values within range of 250 to 400 mm2 and installed in peripheral segments so that they are vertices of isosceles triangle with base facing the cogwheel.

EFFECT: invention provides detecting arterial insufficiency of liver tissues, high accuracy of determining the rate of arterial blood flow along several segmental hepatic divisions taking into account formed blood flows.
