FIELD: pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing the preparation, freezing the mixture at -40 °C and holding the obtained mixture, drying and subsequent tableting or encapsulation. Biopreparation used is a hydrolyzate composition consisting of an alkaline hydrolyzate from mussels and an acid hydrolyzate from rapan. Composition is diluted with distilled water to dry substances content of 5–10 % and autoclave at temperature of 114 °C for 30 minutes. Then, in the sublimation drying chamber, the mixture is frozen for 2–3 hours and maintained at -30 °C for 16–20 hours. For product drying, temperature is raised to +40 °C at vacuum of 9–11 mmHg for 20–24 hours, after which the biopreparation is dried at said temperature for 8–12 hours to dry substances content of 92–94 %.
EFFECT: invention provides preparing a biopreparation in a form suitable for dosing and application.
