FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in reconstructive plastic surgery for plastic reconstruction of damaged bone tissues. For production of porous materials from sodium alginate and polyvinylpyrrolidone containing calcium phosphates for filling of bone defects there performed is synthesis of calcium phosphates in situ in 2 % aqueous solution of polyvinylpyrrolidone at temperature of reaction mixture from 37 to 90 °C. After synthesis of calcium phosphates is completed, 2 % aqueous solution of sodium alginate is added to reaction mixture, mixed for 30 minutes. Reaction mixture is foamed by passing air through it using a compressor. Foamed mass is treated with 5 % aqueous solution of complex compound of iron (3+) with salicylic acid, frozen in a freezing chamber at temperature from -10 to -18 °C and dried in lyophilic drier.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a highly porous biocompatible material which includes uniformly distributed nanoparticles of calcium phosphate, which is close in structure to natural bone tissue and does not contain xenogenic components.
