FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: hydrogel containing, wt %: sodium alginate - 40-90; calcium phosphate fillers - 10-60, is described, the resulting hydrogel is cooled to 37°C and vancomycin powder is added in concentrations of 30, 50 and 70 wt % with respect to the total sample weight with continuous stirring at a speed of 500 to 1000 rpm. At that, the particle sizes of powder or granules vary from 20 to 100 mcm.

EFFECT: functional properties with antibacterial activity, which allows filling cartilaginous defects of various shapes and sizes and restore their structures and functions, as well as reduce or completely avoid the incidence of infectious complications.
