FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to methods of treating squamous cell carcinoma of oral cavity and pharynx in combination with radiation and drug exposure. Method involves administering cisplatin from the first day in the form of an intravenous infusion in dose of 100 mg/m2 once in 3 weeks in combination with radiation therapy, from the first day, radiation therapy is carried out at a fraction dose of 2 Gy daily on 5-day work week to cumulative dose 50 Gy on a locoregionic region, including regional lymphocyte collection CTV2/PTV2, followed by daily additional radiation of the tumor GTV/CTV1/PTV1 at a total dose of fraction dose 6 Gy in for 3 days to cumulative dose 68 Gy.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides higher anti-tumor effect of treatment.
