FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in manipulators and industrial robots operating in sealed volume. Manipulator operating in a sealed volume contains a cover of a vacuum chamber, on which screw mechanisms of drives of bellows input of movements and an actuating element are mounted. Manipulator is equipped with five hinged multiple parallelograms connecting helical mechanisms of bellows input of movement drives with actuator, made in form of radial-thrust bearing, inner ring of which is object stage connected by means of universal hinge of screw pusher with central hinged multiple parallelogram. Vacuum ring of the said bearing is kinematically connected to four diametrically opposite sides with the remaining four hinged multiple parallelograms.
