FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in manipulators and industrial robots operating in sealed volume. Manipulator comprises a cover of a vacuum chamber, on which screw mechanisms of bellows motion inputs drives and an actuating element are mounted. Four hinged multiple parallelograms connect the screw mechanisms of bellows motion inputs drives with actuators, which is made in form of radial-thrust bearing, inner ring of which is object stage, connected by means of universal hinge of screw pusher with central hinged multiple parallelogram. Vacuum ring of said bearing is kinematically connected from three diametrically located sides to the other three hinged multiple parallelograms.
