FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and genetic engineering and represents a set of plasmids for differentiating the process of epithelial-mesenchymal transformation of cells, comprising two plasmids for transfection into human cells, one of which is intended for detecting the epithelial cell state with respect to the epithelial-mesenchymal transformation process, and the second is for the mesenchymal state, wherein the plasmid for detecting an epithelial condition thereof includes a portion with a nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 promoter of epithelial status marker gene, which is human epithelial cadherin, and at least one sequence of TurboRFP fluorescent protein, and the mesenchymal condition plasmid includes a segment with the nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 2 promoter of the mesenchymal marker gene, which is human neuronal cadherin, and at least one sequence of fluorescent protein TurboGFP, wherein sections of nucleotide sequences of fluorescent proteins in said plasmids are under control of promoters of corresponding marker genes.
EFFECT: invention is suitable for studying the effect of drugs on the phenotypic state of cells.
