FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and represents a plasmid for transfection into human cells to detect their mesenchymal state with respect to the process of epithelial-mesenchymal transformation, comprising a segment with a nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO:1 promoter of the marker gene of the mesenchymal state, in form of human neuronal cadherin, and at least one fluorescent protein TurboGFP sequence, wherein the region of the nucleotide sequence of the fluorescent protein is under the control of the mesenchymal marker gene promoter.
EFFECT: invention can be used in high-efficiency drug search, as well as in studying factors influencing the effectiveness of metastasis.
