FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, to alcohol-free beverages, namely to carbonated drinking water. Water is produced on the basis of artesian water from Emily natural source with mineralization level of 0.3 g/l with addition of the ready product per 100 dal: 42-45 l of coniferous Florentine cedar water, 1.5–2 kg of citric acid and 3.5–4.0 kg of carbon dioxide.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of water ensuring stability of taste and aroma properties during storage, as well as expansion of alcohol-free beverages range.
