FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula (I), which is capable of specifically binding to a receptor α-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazole-propionic acid (AMPA) and is characterized by an extremely high degree of accumulation in the brain. In formula (I) A is CO, SO or SO2; Z is CO; X is S; Y is O; each R1, R3 and R4 independently represent hydrogen, C1-C15 alkyl, C2-C15 alkenyl, C2-C15 alkynyl or halogen; R2 is C1-C15 alkyl, C2-C15 alkenyl or C2-C15 alkynyl; R5 is halogen and n is integer from 0 to 4. Invention also relates to specific compounds of formula (I), compounds of formula (I), where one or more atoms are a radioactive isotope of an atom or atoms, methods of producing said compositions, compositions containing said compounds, use of said compounds for visualizing the AMPA receptor in the brain of living organisms and methods visualization of AMPA receptor using them.
EFFECT: disclosed is a novel compound which specifically binds to the ampa receptor.
