SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, which have GPR17 modulating activity. In formula I-2, X1 denotes N or C (R7), X2 denotes NH, S or O, X3 denotes N or C (R12), R2 is selected from hydrogen and halogen, R4 is selected from hydrogen and halogen, R5 is selected from the group, including hydrogen, halogen, C1-C6-alkyl, etc., R6 is selected from a group comprising hydrogen, halogen, cyano group, azido group, etc., R7, if present, is selected from a group comprising hydrogen, halogen, cyano group, C1-C6-alkyl, C1-C6-alkoxy group, C1-C6-alkylsulphonyl, C1-C6-alkylsulphinyl, etc., R8 is selected from a group comprising hydrogen, halogen, cyano group, etc., R9 is selected from a group comprising hydrogen, halogen, C1-C6-alkyl, C1-C6-alkoxy group, etc. from a group comprising hydrogen, halogen, C1-C6-alkyl, C1-C6-alkoxy group, C2-C6-alkenyl, C2-C6-alkynyl, cyano group, etc., R11 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, cyano group, C1-C6-alkyl, etc., R12, if present, is selected from hydrogen, C1-C6-alkoxy group and halogen, provided that (a) at least one of R5, R6 and R7, if R7 is present, and (b) at least one of R8, R10 and R11 is different from hydrogen. Invention also relates to specific compounds, use of said compounds for modulating GPR17 activity, for treating disorders associated with GPR17 dysfunction, in particular multiple sclerosis, a method for preventing and/or treating a syndrome or disorder associated with GPR17 dysfunction, and a pharmaceutical composition.
EFFECT: disclosed are (aza)indole-, benzothiophene- and benzofuran-3-sulphonamides.
