SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for testing devices for tightness. Proposed apparatus comprises test chamber (10) with inner volume (20) and reference chamber (26) with inner volume (28). In one gas channel connecting inner volumes (20, 28) of said chambers (10, 26) there is shutoff valve (24). Sensor (34) of pressure difference is installed in the other gas channel connecting inner volumes (20, 28) of above chambers (10, 26). Walls of each of said chambers (10, 26) are made in the form of flexible film layers. Said chambers (10, 26) are uniform.

EFFECT: technical result is high accuracy of measuring pressure difference and, consequently, high accuracy of checking tightness by making reference and test chambers uniform.
