FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a compound of formula (I), its pharmaceutically acceptable salts or tautomers. In formula (I) Hal is F, Cl, Br, I; X is -CR1=; Y is -CR2= or -N=; Z is -CR3=; W is -CR4=; R1 is H; R2 is H; R3 is H; R4 is H, Cl, F, I or Br; R5 is alkyl, alkenyl, each of which is optionally substituted with one or more R7 groups; each R7 is independently selected from halogen, OH, heterocyclyl, S-alkyl, SO-alkyl, SO2-alkyl and alkoxy groups, where alkyl is C1-C12 alkyl; alkenyl is C2-C12 alkenyl; heterocycle is 4–12-membered cyclic group containing one or more heteroatoms selected from N, O and S. Invention also relates to a method of producing compounds of formula (I), a pharmaceutical composition and use thereof in treating a stress-related disease, caused by protein misfolding.

EFFECT: compounds can be used in treating a disease associated with stress caused by misfolding of proteins, and in particular with accumulation of misfolded proteins.
