FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding and mixing various materials and can be used in production of construction materials, as well as in other industries. Disintegrator comprises housing 1 with loading funnel 2, screw 3 and branch pipe 4 for discharge of ground material, vertically located rotors 5 and 6 rotating on shafts in opposite directions, on vertical disks 7 and 8 of which there are grinding elements 9 and 10 arranged along concentric circles. Hollow bushing 11 and conical spreader 12 are rigidly fixed at centers of vertical disks 7 and 8, respectively, having internal and external conical working surfaces, the generatrix of which is parallel, and their smaller bases are located on the side of screw 3. Conical working surfaces along length of their generatrixes have ribs 13 and 14 of rectangular cross-section. Height h of ribs 14 of conical spreader 12 increases uniformly in its cross section every 180° from h to 1.5h. Minimum radial clearance between ribs 13 and 14 of hollow bushing 11 and conical spreader 12 and distance between their adjacent ribs is more than D, where D is maximum size of ground material particles. Diameter of smaller base of conical hole of hollow bushing 11 exceeds diameter of screw 3.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of efficiency of grinding process due to additional quantity of collisions of particles with ribs before material supply to internal row of grinding elements.
