FIELD: agitation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding and mixing various materials and can be used in production of construction materials, as well as in other industries. Disintegrator comprises housing 1 with loading funnel 2, in lower part of which there is screw 3, which includes external solid and inner perforated pipes, respectively 4 and 5, rigidly connected by screw guide 6. Branch pipe 7 for discharge of finished product is rigidly secured tangentially to housing 1. End face of inner perforated pipe 5 is rigidly attached to left vertical disc 8 with grinding elements 9 arranged along concentric circles. Inside housing 1 in bearing support on one axis with screw 3 there is shaft 10. Right vertical disc 11 with grinding elements 12 arranged along concentric circles is rigidly fixed on shaft 10. Rows of grinding elements 12 of right vertical disc 11 are located between rows of grinding elements 9 of left vertical disc 8. Vertical ring 13 is rigidly attached to end of outer solid pipe 4 and connected to left vertical disc 8 by means of radial blades 14. Radial gap between inner perforated 5 and outer solid pipe 4 and axial clearance between left vertical disc 8 and vertical ring 13 separately exceed 2d, where d is maximum particle size of finished product. Holes 15 of inner perforated pipe 5 are tapered with larger base outside and smaller base of diameter d.
EFFECT: disintegrator increases efficiency of grinding process due to classification of material before its supply into housing.
